| In southern China, FFCF participated in a pre-school physical exam and eyeglass clinic for children who are being supported by Blessing Hands Charity. Our own Nina Ottinger (RN) preformed the pre-school physical exams for the children. Betty Cutts began Blessing Hands after she taught English in Yangshuo County, Guangxi Province, and saw the plight of rural children who could not afford school clothing, shoes, and school books. FFCF partners with Betty to provide for some 300 children, whose family incomes are at most $400 per year.
