|  | |  | | While he is currently working in the financial services field, Don Murphy considers himself a life-long educator having come from a family of educators. Don's father and his brother were both teachers and school administrators in Maryland. Today, Don's wife is a high school counselor and also serves as the coordinator of her high school's International Baccalaureate program. Don has both a bachelors and a masters degree in secondary education and had a distinguished career in teaching and school administration in the state of Maryland. He also worked as an educational consultant for numerous school systems throughout the country, authored a book for the National Association of Secondary School Principals, and is highly experienced in grant development and writing. Since 1992, Don Murphy has honed his skills in his second chosen profession as a licensed insurance agent and registered representative working primarily in the state of Florida. He continues his interest in education by conducting training programs for financial service representatives throughout the country. Currently, he is the Entaire Division Manager for CDA of America, a large financial wholesale business located in West Palm Beach, Florida, and he also serves as the President of his own financial services organization, The Financial Guardians Group LLC., based in New Smyrna Beach, Florida.
